Due to hygiene standards, hair care products and worn accessories (e.g., turbans, scarves, and headbands) are non-returnable unless defective.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
